Distrito Condesa ofrece un nuevo concepto de hospedaje de bajo costo con desayuno incluido que consiste en una mezcla de economía y confort. Está ubicada en la colonia más trendy de la Ciudad de México, la colonia Condesa. Se encuentra ubicada a tan solo unas calles del Parque México, un sinfín de restaurantes de cocina mexicana o internacional, bares, centros nocturnos, cafeterías, panaderías, librerías, estudios de yoga y mucho más.
Las habitaciones para nuestros huéspedes son ideales para estancias cortas. Ofrecemos también un estudio totalmente equipado con cocina y comedor para aquellos que requieren estancias más largas.

- Se hará un cargo a su tarjeta de crédito por la primera noche como depósito, no es reembolsable.
- Solo aceptamos Visa y MasterCard para hacer la reserva.
- Hora de check-in es a la 1:30 PM. Check-out es a las 11 AM.
- No se aceptan menores de 8 años en las instalaciones.
- Estacionamiento privado no disponible.
POLITICAS DE CANCELACIÓN.
- Dispone de 24 horas para cancelar sin costo, después de este periodo se cobrará un depósito por la primera noche.
- El depósito por la primera noche no es reembolsable, pero puede ser utilizado como crédito para una futura reservación (dentro de los siguientes 6 meses) si cancela al menos 7 días antes de la fecha de llegada. No hay cargos adicionales por cancelación.

- 24 hours after booking you will only be charged for the first night as a deposit (non-refundable).
- Check-in time is 1:30pm. Check-out time is 11am.
- We only accept Visa and MasterCard for bookings.
- No children under 8 years of age are allowed on the premises.
- Private parking is not available.
CANCELATION POLICIES.
- You have 24 hours to cancel without charge, after that you will only be charged for the first night as a deposit.
- The first night deposit is non-refundable, but can be used as credit toward another reservation (within 6 months after the reservation date) if you cancel 7 days or more before arrival.
- No extra cancelation fees.
