Una de las principales características del barrio Condesa hoy es la juventud de sus pobladores, que le da un aire cosmopolita, representado de manera más visible por su vida nocturna y gastronómica, a un estilo de vida informal, donde las bicicletas retro y la compañía de perros como mascotas salpican sus calles y pegatina alternativa.   • Si usted llega a Maria Condesa temprano durante el día y desea tener acceso inmediato a su habitación, le recomendamos que también la reserve la noche anterior a su llegada. De igual manera, para salidas tarde, la reservación de una noche adicional le garantiza acceso a su habitación hasta su hora de salida del hotel.
  • Hotel Libre de Humo
  • Maria Condesa es un establecimiento libre de humo, por lo que no está permitido fumar en el interior. En caso de violar esta política se le cobrarán $100 USD a la tarjeta de garantía a su registro.
  • Reservaciones y depósitos garantizados
  • En caso de no presentarse (No Show), se hará el cargo del total de la reservación más impuestos.
  • Las tarifas mostradas en línea, están sujetas a disponibilidad y a cambios sin previo aviso.
  • No se aceptan tarjetas de débito para garantizar las habitaciones, pero se reciben dichas tarjetas para liquidar su cuenta.
  • Todas las reservaciones hechas a través de la página web requieren de garantía a través de una tarjeta de crédito con un deposito de 100% del total.
  • La tarjeta de crédito utilizada al momento de hacer su reserva debe ser mostrada en el momento del check in, de lo contrario, se perderá la reserva y pagos efectuados por la misma.
  • Durante el check in se realiza una retención a su tarjeta de $2,000.00 MXN para extras
  • Cualquier articulo faltante o dañado en la habitación durante su estancia será cargado a la tarjeta de registrada en garantía.

  • La reservaciones cobradas dentro de estos 7 días son no reembolsables
  • Para realizar alguna cancelación o modificación en su reserva, debe ser 7 días antes de la llegada del huésped, fuera de este plazo no se aceptaran.
  • Es muy importante consultar las condiciones y políticas de cancelación antes de realizar una reservación para evitar contratiempos.
  • En caso de no show (no presentado) se cobrara el 100 % de la reservación.
  • Una reservación puede ser cancelada al momento de no contactar al huésped y que la tarjeta no cuente con fondos suficientes.
  • Acceso a mascotas (que pesen menos de 15 kg) por un costo adicional.
  • Si la llegada del huésped llegara a ser mas tarde o temprano el día siguiente, se debe informar al establecimiento para evitar cualquier tipo de cancelación.
  • Si es una empresa con tarifa preferencial de este año deberá enviar su convenio firmado para que lo autorice el gerente.
